Overview
Opened in 1928, The Peninsula Hong Kong offers 5-star service and old world charm on the edge of Victoria Harbour in Tsim Sha Tsui. A Roman-style indoor pool, a 12,000-square-feet spa and 8 award-winning restaurants and bars feature within this luxurious hotel. Oriental elegance meets modern luxury in rooms, which overlook the hotel's courtyard, Victoria Harbour or Kowloon. Marble bathrooms are fitted with a spa bathtub. A Blu-Ray player, LED swivel TV and free HD movies are provided. Rooms have free Wi-Fi and also feature an interactive digital bedside panel, LED touch-screen wall panels and wireless telephone with VOIP technology (free long-distance calls). The Peninsula Hong Kong is 5 minutes’ on foot from Tsimshatsui Ferry Terminal. From the airport, travel in style with the hotel's fleet of Rolls-Royce limousines, MINI Cooper S Clubman or a private helicopter. At the Peninsula Spa, relax with a full body massage or soak in the hot tubs. There is also an on-site shopping arcade, and well-equipped function rooms. Guests can also stay in shape at the fitness centre, or get professional services at the business centre. Felix rooftop restaurant features modern European cuisine while English afternoon tea is offered at The Lobby. Other options include French, Chinese, Swiss and Japanese dining. Completing our check in at our room was smooth, and we appreciated not having to wait at reception. All the staff were very helpful. Transfers were completed with ease and no fuss. (In the future could you greet arriving visitors at the flight gate? This was part of the Raffles Hotel, Singapore procedure with transfer from the airport.) We had a wonderful stay Thank you.

This is a very well organised hotel with friendly, polite and competent staff. The location is very convenient near to the Star ferry at the bottom of Nathan Road. Felix is a great place for a night-cap before bed. The lobby is a special place to go for breakfast. I didn't get the chance try lhe lobby for lunch or tea but will try to find the time for that on my next visit. Gaddis had excellent food with very professional staff and had the nice touch of a live band over dinner.

Room on 24th floor no problem as ample lifts available and quite fast. Location suits exploring the area on foot. The breakfast was exceptional, very fresh, wide variety. Pool and steam/sauna facilities also exceptional.

It is elegant, traditional, yet modern. The beds were the best we have ever slept in, excellent bathroom, and every amenity possible had been considered. And the Felix restaurant was wonderful - food, service & value!

swimming pool wasn’t in operation, room was smelly and humid so I’ve asked for purifying machine and was delivered but didn’t assist much , it was dark room and old bathroom with noises and water dripping in the shower despite closing it properly .

The Pennisula is truely a 5 star hotel. Other hotels may claim to be and fall short of expectations. This hotel delivered first class quality,. However you do pay for it!
