Walking distance to the MTR and the ferries. Well run hotel with minimum fuss. Nice.

The location is unbeatable. The area around is full of local cafes and restaurants. Sheung Wan Station is just a min walk and Central is within walking distance. Moreover, room size is relatively much bigger than ordinary hotels.

“Perfect stay in Hong Kong”

I booked the room for my son and he said it was fantastic. There was a plumbing issue, but they sorted it out immediately and put him in a different (better!) room!

Second time staying at The Mercer, staff are really helpful and super friendly, house keeping is exceptional. Apartments are good value for money with on site laundry.

The location was good and the hotel is okay.

Very friendly staffmember at the lobby! Room was huge, comfortable bed. Didn’t feel extremely clean for 4 star hotel, but overall it was fine!

Room of sufficient size for an 8-night stay, wardrobes without high shelves, so most of the clothes remained in the suitcase. The separation between the bathroom and the room by a glass partition, a glass door that is not completely sealed does not allow for complete privacy. Breakfast - not relevant, we did not need food services. During the time of the problem, the staff did not emphasize that you can purchase slippers for the room, etc. Excellent location, many taxis, MTR nearby, walking distance / taxi / short bus ride to the port docks. As well as to Victoria Park. Selection of shops selling food, restaurants, souvenirs, etc.

Our room was comfortable and clean. We had a great stay. There are some good bars and restaurants around. The metro was easy to reach and so it was a great place to explore the city.

Nice small horel at a great location. Close to metro stop. Very quiet at night. No breakfast facility but several options closeby to get good coffee and food.

Excellent location just a 3/4 minute walk with cases to Sheung Wan station and not far from Central either. Room was well set up and large for Hong Kong with very comfy beds and pillows, good shower and bathroom, and clean. Yes it’s a bit tired round the edges but don’t let that put you off, I would not hesitate to stay again. The laundry was useful too after a few very hot days of walking. Staff were helpful.
