“Very terrible”

The experience was extremely poor. On June 16, I checked into room 1415. Around 1:15 a.m., a loud noise suddenly came from upstairs. A female front desk staff member said she would call security to check it out. Ten minutes later, another male staff member at the front desk said they would handle it immediately. Another ten minutes passed before a security guard knocked on the door and explained that there was a gym (24/7 fitness center) on the 15th floor where guests were exercising. He added that they had already asked them to be quieter. The assistant front office manager in the lobby, Kenny Wong, then offered to temporarily relocate us to another room on the same floor for the night. However, I didn't understand why the gym guests couldn't simply stop their workout until morning instead of forcing our late-night stay to be disrupted. More importantly, Kenny never listened to our concerns throughout the entire process—he just kept talking without acknowledging our requests. Although the front office manager, Jackey Chan, eventually refunded one night's room charge, the overall experience was terrible.

“Exceptional hotel in a prime location in Hong Kong”

Our stay at The Langham Hotel was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel's prime location made it easy to explore the surrounding area, with many attractions, restaurants, and transport links just a short walk away. The staff were outstanding throughout our visit—friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay. Special mention must be made to Yang and Bryll in the Club Lounge who were both most attentive. Our room was beautifully appointed, spacious, with thoughtful amenities that made for a truly relaxing experience. Combined with the hotel's elegant atmosphere and first-class service, The Langham delivered a memorable and highly enjoyable stay.

Everything! The room was large and very comfortable. The breakfast was as very very good and very varied. It had absolutely everything in the breakfast and was worth the money. The hotel was very central and right next to a bus stop taking you to the airport for HK $22 per person. So easy and so cheap! And very quick too! Can easily accommodate suitcases on the bus. The concierges were all great and the ladies who cleaned the rooms did a very very good job. They never missed anything out eg towels, slippers, bath soap and toilet rolls. I never had to call for missing items. They provided lovely shaving kit for free if you call and ask for it. And plenty of daily water and extra water for free. It was also very quiet at night for sleeping. All round it was fabulous!

Bed, bathroom were great. Lobby was nice. Staff were accommodating.

Excellent stay. In the middle of TST and very close to the MRT stations (for both TST and East TST lines). Swimming pool and gym facilities were great. Staff excellent, the concierge team were especially good and helpful when we were leaving - thank you. The hotel also smelt v nice!
