“Exceptional would come again”

Staff was amazing, room was great, location central enough, luggage storage provided, a nice common lounge, felt extremely secure. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

“Ok value for money”

Stayed in Premium suite with family. It was nice to have two rooms altough they are tiny and the bed is only queen size. Shared lounge was nice, we spent an hour everyday to unwind there so the kid could play the games found in there. Could go back again but would choose only the suite.

Súper convenient location. Went there for my hens with 16 girls so k can say it’s perfect for younger folk, free happy hour everyday, staff were very helpful and accommodating. Rooms were really comfortable and clean. Would 100% stay again and recommend

it was convenient to nearby MTR as described in the right neighbourhood with plenty of cafes and restaurants around

Hotel provided a happy hour each day, providing some drinks and snacks which was appreciated. Location was central as expected. Photos did look like the place.

Location and facilites are great. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The common area was a real plus and made up for the slightly small room.

Nice hotel with friendly staff located on Hong Kong island near business district. Clean, also with a nice terrace and free drinks and happy hour. Our room also had a little kitchenette.

We wish there was a divider for the shower and the shower head was too low. Otherwise, it was very spacious!

This is our second time visiting The Figo this year and we will be back next time we’re in HK. Excellent location, cosy, clean rooms, lovely reception space with a self-service bar for coffee & drinks, and a terrace. They upgraded our room to a suite as we were celebrating a special occasion, which we really appreciated.
