“Spacious Room with just 2 stops away from Admiralty station”

Love the spacious room in Hong Kong. The hotel was located at Wang Chu Hang MRT which is only 2 stops away from Admiralty station, very near to Central. The swimming pool area was peaceful and quiet with a sea view. Staff were friendly and will help us whenever we have questions.

Very nice building, modern, room was quite big and had nice bathroom. The built in make up counter made my friend very happy. The view was gorgeous. Staff was very kind and helpful, calling the room to inquire about new towels etc etc

The location was perfect for us. It's not in the centre but easy to get around the city using underground, bus service or Taxi. We loved our spacious room, super comfortable beds, relaxed atmosphere, delicious breakfast, great service and staff, pool on the roof, gym, outdoor areas you can sit and relax.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was genuinely disappointing. The air conditioning was extremely loud, making it difficult to sleep properly. The pillows were also very uncomfortable and actually left me with neck pain, which isn’t what you expect from a hotel stay. The staff experience was mixed at best. While one staff member, Anthony, was very nice and helpful, others were quite rude. At times they were speaking in their own language about us in a way that felt clearly disrespectful and unpleasant. One of the biggest issues was the pool — it was completely empty with no prior warning. This was a major reason for booking, so arriving to find it unusable was frustrating. There were also smaller but still annoying details: the drinking ice was poor quality, and the “shower cap” provided was essentially a mesh screen that didn’t keep hair dry at all. The hotel also advertises happy hour drinks with images of a bar and draft beer, but in reality, it’s only in-room service with bottled beer or wine. This felt misleading and didn’t match what was promoted. Overall, the only redeeming feature was the view, which was genuinely nice. Unfortunately, everything else fell far below expectations.

The photos of the view of the room is very misleading. It’s horribly loud and you can‘t sleep. The room was smelling super damp and almost sour as soon as you didn’t turn on the AC or humidifier for a bit and the service is not good at all. I wouldn’t stay there again. The pool was open until 7 pm only which is completely ridiculous. The water from the purifier made my boyfriend sick.
