Reception team was excellent! Concierge person who helped with our bags was a lovely excellent gentleman. Rooms were so clean which we loved. 19th floor restaurant manager and team were great. Location perfect with free shuttle to and from shopping citygate outlets.

We stayed as a family for a long layover to break up our flight. We arrive prior to check in but room was made available for us. Proximity to the airport is great if it's just for a layover, and free shuttle bus is very helpful (comes hourly). There is also a free shuttle to the MRT/citi gate and the cable cart area making it easy to get around (every 30 mins). Location wise there was a bit of construction going on, but it didn't bother us in the hotel. Staff were exceptionally helpful, and went out of their way to help my son and make him feel better after a fall. Pool area was a good size and offered great relief from the heat, and gym was well equipped. Room was well equipped with coffee machine and small fridge. Double beds felt quite small but as we didn't stay the night wasn't an issue and just used it to give the kids a sleep before the next flight. There is also a courtyard area connected to the hotel with a number of restaurants, making meals easy.

“5 star hotel at a great price.”
The hotel is about 25 mins walk away from the Tung Chung station, but the free hotel bus service filled this gap well to make easy to get to city. It was frequent and punctual. During peak times, they surprised us with additional runs, and were quick to address patron overflows. We enjoyed the hotel facilities - pool, gym, kids room with Nintendo Switch. Amazing breakfast buffet spread. Very comfy beds. It was truly a 5-star experience.
