“A very pleasant stay”
Very convenient location, with covered walkways linking straight to Wanchai and Exhibition Centre stations. Location good for exhibition-goers, as the convention centre is directly accessible through a side door of the hotel. Housekeeping did a great job by ensuring that the room is kept cleaned everyday. The breakfast spread was amazing - great choices, great taste and great coffee.

The staff at The Renaissance were exceptional. They went above and beyond to be helpful. I would like to mention Sue Park ( front desk manager ) who was especially helpful with a problem we had with booking.com. She sorted it out with no fuss at all. I cannot express enough how helpful an accomodating she was for us. A true gem!

“Convenient hotel, but not 5 star”
The views of the harbour and city and the pool. The staff were extremely accommodating about the damp issue and also when my toilet flush broke Very friendly and friendly concierge
