Breakfast at Regal Hong Kong Cafe is excellent, and its Hong Kong–style milk tea is a must-try. The staff are friendly and attentive, going out of their way to help; they even offered me a complimentary upgrade. The gentlenman, who may be the manager, was very nice, polite and helpful when I asked for assistance.
