“Great for long layovers”
Nice bathroom, comfortable bed, great view to planes but not loud at all, good for sleep. Easy access to airport, even though it rained outside, we did not have to step out to get to the departure area. Staff was helpful, they helped with our internet issues and provided an adapter for gadgets.

Extremely convenient location. Short walk from baggage collection and return to check in. Very efficient immigration process. No dramas. Easy access to the AirPort Express train for a trip into the city (get off at Kowloon Station) have done this a few times now really helps break the journey - and if you you’re a Oneworld Sapphire FF you’ll get access to the Cathay Business lounges - the Bridge lounge near gate 35 is fantastic. One of the best Business lounges we have been in

Spacious room. Adjacent to the airport which is perfect for our layover. Shuttle to citygate station and outlet. Check in staff is friendly, helpful and accommodating. We arrived late from flight but seeing the smile and energy of staff.

I've stayed here before and it's been fine. Location is great- super easy when transiting to get a few hours sleep between flights. Rooms are nice, comfy beds, super clean. Normally it works well.
