Everything was good but the hotel was situated in the market location.

I love how easy it is to get around. It is a 3-to-5-minute walk to the North Point MTR station and steps away from the classic Hong Kong tram (ding-ding). There are bakeries, local dim sum spots, convenience stores, and supermarkets which is very convenient

The location is near the center and the bus going to airport.. although it is smelly because itvisbnearvthe market but location wise was good. Externally the hotel seems beautiful but room is not clean.. a bit expensive for a 128 euro for a night ..did not reach my expectation.

We were a family of 4 traveling, and the suite was very comfortable for all of us. Water pressure was great, location was great close to a local market, transportation and restaurant options. Affordable for HK standards. Water pressure in the shower was great. And since it was in the 23rd floor, great views of HK's skyline and skyscrapers.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which features large, spacious rooms and amazing food. After arriving well before the official check-in time, Joe Cheung was incredibly helpful; even though the hotel was at full capacity, he managed to find us a temporary room to use until our original room was ready. This level of hospitality and kindness made our visit much smoother and a memorable stay!

“A real challenge”

Very tired hotel. Staff very unfriendly. Overun with tour groups from PRC - physically pushy, rude and noisy

The location is great, 8 mins walk from MTR station.

The rooms were a decent size and the cleaners were great and did a good job. The location was also a close walk to the railway station which made it easy to get around.

It’s not a 4 star hotel

It is in the middle of a wet market. The room I booked wasn’t the room I was given. Pool and rooftop are closed.

It was very dirty. There were no bed linens or towels. All the linens (although I would call them rags) were covered in wool. There was no blanket or pillow on the extra bed. There was no water. There was hair in the sink. There wasn't even a lock on the door to the room. At the entrance, a man was sitting and playing the piano, and the owner told me to be patient—he would stop playing at 11 pm. So, I left the place immediately!!!
