“It was fun and great stay overall. I would like to stay again in Panda if I go back in Hongkong.”
Breakfast was not included in my rooms. There was one day I decided to take my family for a buffet breakfast but then I was asked to check first the food, that was around 9am already. I was not satisfied to what’s left in the buffet so we went to a different restaurant. I wasn’t expecting that the hotel is located within the mall building, actually it was fun and really handy for trying out local cuisines. Exploring varieties of food and local produce & products just within the hotel area was really unusual from my past experience. So, it was exciting actually whenever you go out there’s plenty to choose from various restaurants and stores to shop with. Making up room was excellent, they provided everything and supplies were abundant more than we needed for a day as each day they replenish the supplies. The kids normally take a bath morning and evening so towels are really in demand, we were given enough towels whenever we ask for it. Overall, it was a very nice and great experience I must say.

The location, it is close to Hong Kong MTR station. Also bus stop to/from airport is just downstairs.

“Better in photos....”
The neighborhood is very chill and has everything within convenient distance (mtr, bus, stores, malls, etc). It is also not far away from hiking trails with stunning views. And, compared to hk island or even kowloon, the area of tsuen wan is considerably cheaper. Or at least as far as Hong Kong can be cheap. The hotel is also located on a multipurpose building, as it often occurs in the city. On the ground levels there's a micro mall with stores 7/11, small restaurants and a bigger aeon department store below ground level.

“Convenient located hotel with super helpful staff”
The staff are friendly and super helpful. We visited in March. The young man (can't remember he's called Vix) checked us in, he could see I wasn't well, let us check in early, very thoughtful. Another staff Donald and his other kind colleagues helped us found our luggage lock when we lost them.

Very convenient location - mid point to major Hong Kong tourist places. Easy access to MTR metro station which is 10mins walk via foot bridge directly connected to hotel lobby, and it's the first station so you get to go on MTR first before crowds come in. Direct bus from airport. Hotel is literally on top of a shopping plaza so you have everything you need right under you. Taxi stand outside also very good. Room is VERY Spacious considering it's in Hong Kong. Room AC very powerful. Room service very efficient. I would 100% rebook again.

“Grand entrance and convenient location but the rooms need to been renovated to a better quality.”
The location of the hotel was good for us as we didn’t not want to stay in a super busy location with a young a child. There is also a supermarket and department store in the plaza underneath the building which was helpful.
