The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. They were consistently available, responsive and kind. The layout of the rooms is sensible and makes best use of space. The decor is is smart, neutral, and does not get in the way. It may seem a small point, but the big oval marble table was a real plus. Very useful for multiple purposes, easy to wipe clean. I will definitely book again for my best Hong Kong trip.

Perfect location in the heart of HKG's Central district meant everything was easily reached either directly or via one of the traffic hubs. Wonderful suite took up a full floor of the building. Relaxing modern decor left the bustle of the city outside. Unfailingly friendly and helpful staff.

Spacious and clean room with nice views on an upper floor, friendly and helpful staff, good location, Nespresso machine and water filter in room. Possibility to leave luggage after check out and use a shower before going to airport for a night flight.

Our experience at One96 was exceptional from check-in through to departure. The front desk staff demonstrated professionalism, courtesy, and friendliness throughout our stay. The room was impeccably clean and well-appointed, featuring high-quality bedding that provided a restful night's sleep. Bathroom and shower facilities were maintained to a similarly high standard, with strong water pressure and premium amenities. Notably, the view from the room, overlooking both the city and harbour, was impressive—offering dynamic vistas both day and night. The roof terrace provided an excellent setting for relaxation and enjoying the scenery. The property's location is highly convenient, with numerous shops, bars, and dining options within a five-minute walk, as well as close proximity to Central Market and the escalators to the mid-levels. Overall, our stay was outstanding, and I look forward to returning in the future.

From the moment of check in until the check out the staff was treating us truly exceptionally. They were so kind and so welcoming that it made our stay unforgettable. The location is great, close to train station and metro. This will definitely be a hotel that we will return to!

Everything - SO spacious especially for HK, super modern and super clean, so well situated to get around, staff helpful and friendly, even at 6am helping me to my taxi (that they booked). It’s just honestly great

Staff were very friendly. The Hotel’s Housekeeper attention to details was superb. Room was tidy and clean. Instructions given were clear and easy to understand. The washer was a big saver for our trip!

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was massive for only one person and you are very central to the ferry terminals and the main streets as well. With a 5 minute or less walk to 7/11 or supermarkets. Would deffo stay here again . Very cheap as well
