“Conveniently close to the airport, mall and metro”
We only had a short overnight stay, so we didn't get to really use the facilities. The hotel is conveniently connected to a mall and also a metro. It's only approximately 10 minute drive to the airport and they offer a free shuttle that runs every 20 mins on a first come first serve basis. Comfortable bed and pillows.

“I would stay here again if I come back to Hong Kong.”
The executive lounge was handy for snacks & drinks. Breakfast was great with varieties of food. Staff are nice and accommodating, the staff from the counter / desk even went out to help us upload our luggages to the coach. I like the location as connected to the city outlet + train station.

Best location for couple nights staying. All in step up access, shops, food court, metro station. Ten min from airport to hotel, Just perfect, nothing to add.

The initial room assigned presented several maintenance issues, including residual water and mold in the shower area. Furthermore, the decor and fixtures appeared to be significantly aged and in need of modernization. Upon relocating to the second room, we observed that the television was dislodged from its mounting and tilted. The seating along the wall exhibited numerous stains, and the cupboard housing the kettle was obstructed, preventing its removal.

“Welcoming Hong Kong hospitality”
Staff are welcoming and helpful. Food services, housekeeping both great. It's an older Citygate hotel in Accor chain but well maintained and I felt more comfortable here than Silveri.

Staff were so friendly and accommodating. Gave full information. Love the free airport shuttle, drivers were timely and helpful. Nice mall attached to the Hotel. Easy access to trains etc. Beautiful room. Lovely Pool area.

“Overpriced for room quality.”
Proximity to airport for overnight transit. Free airport shuttle running every 20 minutes. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Can walk to shopping centre from reception area. Bed reasonably comfortable.
