“Tried to make us pay for damage we didn't do.”
Toilet clogged when when we arrived; didn't flush properly had to use a plugger to clear it. Pillowcase was stained when we arrived; the following day the staff asked us to pay for a replacement, blaiming us. Drilling in the wall went on all day and into the night. Shower door broken. Wall paper peeling. Elevator tiny. Ground floor entrance to the hotel difficult to find. Room tiny; about 6 inches wider than the queen sized bed. Definitely don't recommend it. Switched to the Imperial Hotel a short walk away; room twice as big for less money.

“I highly recommend this place for a short stay.”
Fantastic location. You can explore the entire city center on foot, and the subway is just a minute’s walk away. It’s very easy to get here from the airport by bus. Check-in went very smoothly. Water, coffee, and tea are available. It’s great that you can leave your luggage here after check-out, it makes things so much easier.

Location very convenient to MTR, good food and near to Victoria Harbour. The staff is polite and helpful. Overall facilities quite complete.

Great location, easy walk to airport bus stops and also waterfront for ferry to HK Island. Property provided detailed and accurate directions from airport to their hotel. Hygge House very quick to respond to messages through booking.com portal. Excellent daily housekeeping. Extended my stay without any hesitation.

“For a few nights in connection with a city visit, it is acceptable.”
The accommodation in this very busy area of the city was good considering the circumstances and conditions of the agglomeration. We did not have breakfast.

“Nice location with cozy bed.”
The location is fantastic & super close to the underground station. There’s a water machine in the lobby (hot&cold). Eery time we go out can fill up water for free. The room has a beautiful city view but would recommend bringing your earplugs. The room includes all the things tourists need, such as body wash, shampoo, slippers, and hairdryer, etc.
