The breakfast was I think the best I’ve ever had (and I travel lots) - such an incredible offering of diverse food cultures but particularly from across SE Asia.

The location is amazing,close to everywhere,metro/tram/bus. Room is clean and spacious,get your view upgraded to the sea view-you’ll never regret about it.

Hotel estate is huge. Rooms modern and clean. The on-site restaurants were very nice and portions generous. Staff very helpful and polite.

Breakfast was exceptional. Room was very good. Location was exceptional to catch the number 27 bus to visit our grandkids.

Harbour view, with awesome dining options within and near hotel. Access to the boardwalk. Friendly housekeeping staff.

The staffs are friendly and helpful in answering questions. The room housekeeping team is doing excellent job especially the housekeeping staff named Wendy, she is friendly and always greet us with nice smile.

The hotel in general is well located, has many amenities and is an overall great choice for a trip to Hong Kong. What made the stay exceptional was the customer service, specifically want to mention the amazing service from the front desk employee: Samson. He went above and beyond to accomodate some special requests and even go out of his way to recommend special places to visit and many questions we had as first time travellers. The cleaning staff was also amazing they helped us to do the laundry and have everything ready when we arrived back in our room.

I've stayed here on multiple business trips and enjoy the high floor rooms with a view of the harbour. Shout out to the concierge team, they're helpful and always greet you with big smiles. The F&B team is superb and Sayed is a rock star. Housekeeping provides international adaptors and will go out of their way to make the stay comfy.

The Deluxe King room with Harbour View was absolutely amazing both during the day and evening. The bathroom was exceptional with a bathtub with a view & tv! We loved the roof top terrace bar and One Duck Lane was so delicious.
