The location was very near to Jordan underground and Temple St Night Market and had lots of amenities nearby including a 'Bread Talk' bakery which made delicious baked goods. The staff were lovely, spoke good English and very helpful with any questions.

The location is pretty convenient with it being located near the MTR Jordan Station and the bus stops with services to TST and the Airport. 7-11 and the supermarket is also within walking distance. The room size is considered large for Hong Kong standards.

Our room was on the 9th floor. Couple Deluxe Queen. Room was great plenty of storage cupboards, draws and space for one of our large suitcases. Plenty of natural light. View was of other buildings but not a biggie. Only one complimentary water, coke & 1 packet of chips on arrival. Coffee/tea refreshed every morning. Daily clean & fresh towels (cleaning staff do an excellent job) Good shower. Air conditioner was good but the fan even at lowest level for us too noisey. Staff helpful when we had minor issues with spa bath, attempted to fix same night but needed extra time to sort which they did the following day after follow up. Didn't have breakfast at Hotel but were still given a cheaper rate to use if we changed our minds. The rooftop view is amazing only downside only open late arvo to midnight I think. Away from traffic so outside noise levels good. Good location for us. MTR 5min or so walk. Lots of food places around and temple street market 25min walk to Avenue of stars which is a nice walk and can use MTR if preferred. Airport bus drop off and pick up not to far from Hotel and we had alot of luggage and managed just fine. Lift. We left luggage on check out to wander around so was very secure. Staff in general, ok. Desk and separate lounger chair. We were still happy overall for second time short visit to beautiful Hong Kong. Thanks Tina & Shane

Location is great. Rooms comfortable, decently-sized for HK and well-equipped. Bath really nice to have (but no bath salts provided). Female staff very helpful and offered assistance to help resolve an issue.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the A22 airport bus stop. I found the room spacious by Hong Kong standards. Amenities are good, and the receptionist was hospitable. I wasn't feeling the best after a long travel, and she spotted that and offered me some water. Very clean and stylish interior.
