Hotel COZi Wetland is a delightful hotel opening in September 2017, just a 5-minute walk from Hong Kong’s iconic ecological Wetland Park in Yuen Long. With 336 tastefully decorated rooms, each fully equipped with high-speed WiFi and a complimentary smartphone, guests can enjoy all the comforts of home, with the pleasures of the hotel’s signature personal service that is devoted to helping every guest make the most of every minute of their stay. The hotel is only a 5-minute drive from MTR Tin Shui Wai Station, within easy reach of all the major sights and attractions in Hong Kong. Regular shuttle buses run between Hotel COZi Wetland and MTR Tin Shui Wai Station. Decorated in contemporary cosy style, rooms here are fitted with air conditioning. a flat-screen TV and electric kettle. The private bathroom comes with a walk-in shower. For guets' comfort, slippers, a hairdryer and free toiletries are also included. Hotel COZi Wetland has a 24-hour front desk and luggage storage is possible. There is also a fitness centre. “overall, i'm satisfied with the stay but if not because of the aircon, it would be a perfect stay.”
overall the room is spacious and able to have a good open view from the room. since it is next to a community mall, food is very convenient. the surrounding is quiet and peaceful. the hotel front is a bus stop and next to it is a light rail station, very convenient.

I got COVID during my stay and I had to pay HK$1500 for extra cleaning (sanitisation ). It’s a bit too expensive.

“Very poor management. They charge me more than one, showing on debit card and they are denying.”
Very bad services, they keep on swiping my card and they are not entertaining about my complain. Supervisor keep on saying she is busy. They charge more than i paid. Its appearing in my debit card they charge mo more than one day. They are saying they don’t have record in the reception. Its very strange. Its clearly mention in my bank statement. Also the room smell old room.

There’s a shopping mall next to the hotel and there’re lots of shops and restaurants so you won’t worry about where to eat.

“Hotel Cozi Wetlands”
Staff were helpful and dealt with everything I asked from them. Room size was fine. Location not the best but its 30 minutes from the airport by taxi if you have an early flight. Nothing much to see a couple of small shopping centres.

The beds were very uncomfortable (also not a double bed, but two single beds pushed together with hard bar in between) And there were loud noises during the night coming from the room. Also no room service and staff at the restaurant were rude.
