Room was spacious and well appointed. Great shower. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with loads of choices for all needs. Pool area was lovely and gardens well attended. Very handy to train station.

The Front Office Manager was exceptionally professional and responsible. They handled a minor issue during our stay with great efficiency and care, proactively upgrading our room and providing complimentary breakfast. This level of attentiveness to guest satisfaction is truly commendable. The hotel facilities and views were also excellent.

“My stay was brilliant and outstanding.”
I simply had nothing short of an outstanding stay at the hotel. The location is outright brilliant with direct connection to the Ocean Park Entrance and MTR Station. The most basic room was quite big and clean. The ambiance was wonderful with music playing in the lobby. The lobby also was incredibly clean with a good fragrance and positive vibes. The staff were very friendly, helping us in every way possible.
