“Quiet and convenient, but rooms were old and worn”

It is a peaceful place to stay in Mei Foo, but also HK in general, away from all the traffic and hustle and bustle. We enjoyed the quiet, views from high up, and the friendly twin (?) cats. We didn't mind having to walk a few minutes to get to the buses and metro. It's a convenient location. Despite the many staircases, they accommodate for those with mobility issues with the lifts installed along the gradual elevation. The rooms were fairly large and the beds were comfortable.

“Calm, relaxing and grounding.”

The stay is definitely a hill! But I liked the quietness and calmness of the entire space. And to be honest the stairs were a nice little exercise in the morning and evening when leaving for adventures. It's a nice stay to be grounded in, and a bit away from the hustle and bustle of Hong Kong, but not too far that commuting or walking into the districts is a chore.

A quiet spot close to a busy residential area

Beautiful location. The bit about the stairs is true but if you can get past it, fantastic. It is far from Hong Kong Island so there is that, but beautiful views of Kowloon and the bridge. Easy connections to the airport, get off at Mei Foo even if google maps tells you otherwise. Staff were very kind and helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable and quiet. The overall Jao Tsung I academy is also interesting and always has stuff going on. Would stay here again.

Excellent location, room and breakfast was also better than expected. It is a quiet oasis in a busy city.

“A very nice place, but take earplugs”

It is a very nice place, with a good view, well maintained and with very nice staff. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean and had a divinely smelling soap. Also I very much recommend their breakfast! You get a choice between four dishes, and set A was super yummy and had both of us full for most of our day of hiking! Also it is not far from the station Mei Foo, and you can get there without using any stairs, however it is not obvious as Google maps does not show the way. I guess you have to try and find it on your own (via skywalk equipped with an elevator).

“Quite, but not easy so to reach”

Nice, quite location. No breakfast at the moment, but you get the money back for the breakfast at the check-in. No the easiest location to reach, you need to climp some steps.

The place was spacious compared to any other accommodation we came across, envoloped in nature and quiet, we absolutely loved it!

Very clean. We arrived at night and there was ample signs and adequate lighting leading you all the way to reception. The front desk was open when I checked in post midnight and was manned with early checkout also.

Very helpful and pleasant staff. Location is great if you want a bit of peace while sill having the convenience of access to a train station. Very nice rooms, especially the size, given it is Hong Kong.
