“Excellent hotel, well run, will gladly return”
I found the hotel to be excellent, and physically matched the photographs and descriptions on Booking.com. The staff were available, dutify and very plesant at all times. My room service was as expected with the room refreshed every afternoon. The bed was made, I had bath towels, hand towels and medium towels as well as tissues and 2 toilet rolls. I had the 'City' view, which means a view of adjacent tower blocks! I wasn't concerned as I was out and about each day to see the sights. I fully expect to revisit this superb hotel in the future

Excellent location — just a few minutes’ walk from Quarry Bay Station. The room facilities were great, and everything was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious.

“Very happy for the price I paid.”
I got a very good rate so was pleased with the standard. It’s very outdated, (my room wasn’t renovated like the one in the photos), so if you were paying top dollar and got an unrenovated room I could see you might not score it an 8 like I did.

. I love that there is an MTR station about 90 second walk, a tram stop about a 30 second walk and a bus stop that has buses straight to the airport. . A nice bar area to have drinks. . A excellent breakfast spread.

“Perfect as always! You don't have to worry about anything when you're here. The most reliable hotel by far.”
The property is clean, smells good, nice staff and well-maintained facilities. Really love the location too, there are conveniences stores, groceries and restaurants nearby.

Good location to MTR and the boardwalk. Staff are very helpful and friendly. We didn’t like the rooms we were initially given, and were moved the next day.

The hotel is in a nice location, very close to the metro, and tramway and next to the new beach promenade, which can get you all the way to central and beyond. The hotel rooms are rather big and have a lot of space, and they do have a very nice fridge. The beds were comfortable, and generally clean. There was a very nice gym in the basement which was way better than the average hotel gym.
