The hotel is very conveniently located with lots of good eateries and coffee shops in the vicinity. The room is much bigger than the other hotels at similar prices. The staff is very friendly.

“Above and beyond at Harbour Grand”
What an incredible stay at Harbour Grand Hong Kong. From the moment I arrived, the experience was outstanding, and that is in large part thanks to Maria at the front desk. She did not just check me in. She sat down with me and prepared what felt like an entire little guidebook: how to navigate the MTR, the best neighbourhoods to explore, where to eat, and even detailed instructions on how to get back to the airport. The level of care and thoughtfulness she put into making me feel at home in Hong Kong was something I have rarely experienced at any hotel. Maria, thank you, you genuinely made this trip. The room itself had absolutely everything I needed, beautifully appointed and very comfortable. The view from the room was breathtaking, and the rooftop took it to another level. I could have stayed up there for hours just looking out over the harbour. The breakfast room is also gorgeous, a lovely space to start the day. My only small note would be the bedsheets. They could be slightly softer. Beyond that, I genuinely have nothing to fault. If I ever return to Hong Kong, Harbour Grand will absolutely be my hotel of choice. Special thanks once again to Maria for going so far above and beyond.

The staff were great. Maria at reception was very friendly and happy to help. The consierge was really good, we left our stuff on check in and check out due to timings of our arrival and departure and it was a great service

The location and views are amazing, the rooms are a bit outdated and in definite need of an upgrade. But the breakfast concierge room service and the bar staff at the mind blowing bar on the 41st floor was amazing.
