Super comfortable rooms, immaculate and spacious, great locaction. Being able to use the Club facilities was a huge bonus - great food, super friendly staff, amazing views.

everything regarding this hotel is perfection. the staff were friendly and co-operative during my entire stay. the room which i stayed in was exceptionally good, it has an incredible city view. i would definitely recommend it to anyone and i’m looking forward to visit this hotel when i travel to hong kong once again.

The views and service were amazing. We had a lovely view of the harbour and spent as much time in our room admiring Hong Kong which really made it worth it even though I think it was extremely expensive.

The food and the room were impeccable. The staff were friendly but not intrusive. Everything was immaculate. The club lounge had stunning views and a small but very impressive buffet. We had a corner room with double harbour view and it was worth every penny. The kids slept well on their roll out beds. The breakfast was outstanding for choice and quality. There are two metro stations and the Star Ferry at Wan Chai within walking distance within 5 mins so we could zip anywhere but the immediate surrounding area itself is more business than leisure making it feel more relaxed and peaceful than say Central. The pool is large and gives a real resort feel in the heart of HK. It was a dreamy stay!

Exceptional location with superb harbour view. Very accessible, with options of a city rush dive or a quiet seafront walk. We have seen a lot during our one week stay, but I’m sure Hyatt is my only option to come back to because of the unique combination of luxury and location. The pool-spa-fitness area is fantastic, great service. And a tennis court!
