“Will only stay at Four Seasons when in Hong Kong.”
Check in process was excellent with a lot of initiative from Guest Officer Jun in anticipating our arrival and making the necessary amendments to our restaurant reservations when he realised that we faced difficulties pre-arrival.

High quality finishes, excellent ventilation/AC system, incredible room service menu and food quality - truly exceptional. Staff incredibly competent, tactful and high agency. Bed and pillow quality as per four seasons usual - highest class. The hotel itself is beautiful and the views are breathtaking. This truly as a 10/10 experience, and good value!
