We had a great time in Dorsett Kai Tak and we'll definitely book it again. Receptionists and cleaners were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good but there should be more fish. Fish was served only one morning out of 14-day-stay.

next to HK Stadium. breakfast spread for Muslim travelers are the main reason who stayed at this hotel F&B staff are the friendliest staff we have met over the 20 years traveling and stayed in hotels in HK.

The location, cleaniness, customer services were excellent. The downfall; I noticed there were no iron board n iron in the.room, had to call a few times n was told that there was a que.Would also be great if they had a self service laundry mat within the hotel. Apart frm that, great hotel to stay at, looking forward to nxt yr.

“Room was fine but the hotel lacked a feeling of 'welcoming' as a guest.”
No breakfast.. somewhgat disappointed as I could noyt find the Michelin mentiiojned restaurant. I thought the hotel poorly utilised the availbe space - especially the restaurant area up on Level 2. A restaurant area that was messy disorganised and failed miserably on customer attention when I approached the area - no one cared about me standing at the front desk at all.. restaurant area was messy as best and I would not be inclined to eat here at that stage. BUT what a wonderful space it was but obviously current management are unable to manage the space or see the potential of how a proferssionally run restaurant area could be. Woiukld I come back? No!
