Location and very good transport link between the airport and hotel

“Disappointing”

Arrived at 7.20pm. Paid for the room and then after paying was told that the executive club was finished at 7.30pm. I asked to be changed rooms as I only had the room for the food so we didn't have to go out for dinner. Manager refused stating she couldn't refund. Disgraceful

Very helpful and friendly staff, clean, quiet and a convenient airport bus stop opposite.

Being a Global Brand Marriot, the vegitarian options in buffet and dinner were very limited. In dinner the manager could only find two options for us to eat. That was off. Staff was very polite and even they give the room before time.

the breakfast restaurant was very clean , had a fantastic choice of western and Asian food, top marks , the staff were very friendly, our room was fantastic with a great view no complaints , their were other facilities at the hotel which we do dint make use of. the hotel is very close, two minute walk to many good restaurants such as Indian, steak house , Asian food , very close to the tram system so really easy to get around cost 22p each.

The harbour view from our room was good. Level 24 room (corner suite) on our second night was more spacious.

The staff were all great, the room was good and the location really works for my business trips. Sadly I was not aware of the free shuttle bus to Hong Kong station until the day I checked out.

The staff at the reception area were courteous and helpful. On the day of departure, the person informed that there is a free shuttle service to the Hong Kong Metro station. (If we had known about the service, we could have used it on the day of arrival too)

Absolutely the location. Found out later (after I booked) that the airport bus is just across the road! Love all the local joints around the hotel - so nostalgic!

“Comfort without extravagance”

I enjoyed my stay at the Courtyard by Marriott. I was a first time visitor to Hong Kong and I particularly appreciated the patient staff who answered my numerous questions about how to get around, how to get a taxi, etc etc. It made it much easier for me to manage
