From check-in to checking out everything was perfect. This was our 2nd stay at Courtyard by Marriott and it was even better than our 1st visit. The staff were all very helpful, efficient and friendly. The view from our room was spectacular. Cleanliness was second to done. Our Room Attendant, Karley, always had a smile on her face, nothing was too much trouble and she attended to our room passionately. The breakfast served at this hotel was really, really good offering everything you could wish for. We will certainly make a return trip to this hotel.

“Not too bad, but I would not book this hotel again”
I had a 2-night stay in the hotel, so mixed experience. The room I was given was very smelly on the first night, but I didn't bother to raise the matter as I had arrived late and was tired. However, I was allocated to a better room following the complaint on the next morning, a very good-sized room with a great view of the city. The staff was very helpful in getting the matter resolved.

“I had work in Sha tin, so it was the best place to stay. If I was just visiting HK I would stay in another part of town.”
