It is in the center of HK. Nearby train stations like Nathan and TST. A lot of food options. Grocery (Wellcome) and Convenience Store around. Temple Street is also walking distance. Although room was a little bit small for 2 people. (Can be an issue if you have big luggages) Wide variety of breakfast options. Love that they have yogurt.

“Perfect location, good value for money. Transfer from the Int. Airport is easy”
Perfect location, one bus journey from the international airport, bus stop is literally 100m away. Easy to get to. Staff is good. Highly recommended. If I go to Hong Kong again, I would definitely stay at this hotel in Kowloon.

“Nice stay in central Kowloon.”
Great location. My room had Beautiful view of the park and water. Bed is super comfortable. Very busy and long queue at checkin but it’s a large hotel.

The view - I booked room with garden and harbour view. Housekeeping staff very friendly and thorough. Location very convenient for all sorts of restaurants

“Clean. But not friendly or helpful”
I liked that the hotel was in a nice location. They cleaned the room every day and collected the rubbish regularly. What I didn’t like was the staff. They were not friendly or helpful. I was traveling by myself with two large suitcases and a carry-on bag. I wanted to ask for a taxi, but nobody spoke English. They sent me to another reception desk with all my luggage, only to send me back to the same place again, so I had to carry everything twice. I asked for help because the taxi drivers didn’t speak English and I couldn’t understand them, but the receptionist only said, “I’m sorry, ma’am.” Another downside was the noise. You can hear absolutely everything because the walls are paper-thin. If you are planning to rest properly, I’m sorry to say that you will hear everything happening around you.
