Good position, near mtr, so was really easy moving throuh the city. The room is really small but it’s Hong Kong. At a first glance the building looks weird and a little unsafe, but it really a good place and people are really kind.

Great location in central Kowloon, near to every thing for a perfect Hong Kong visit, including food, night market and transport. The room is clean, beds are reasonably comfortable. The staff are very friendly. Good air con. Very reasonable price.

The staff was friendly and helpful letting us an early check in when we requested in advance. Also helped us to leave our luggage for few hours on our last day until the next place check in. The room was small (as expected, and we had no issue with that) but decently clean. We were provided with clean towels every day. Hair dryer, heating kettle were also provided. There was a breakfast place right next door, also a Macdonalds within few seconds so in a hurry its easy access for food. The bus station was also right next by. The train stations were under 10 mins walk away.

“Small but fierce”

The location is absolutely excellent. The building is situated literally between Nathan Road and Temple Street, two of the most vibrant streets in the city. A subway station is nearby, and there are many bus connections in the area. Right at the entrance to the building there is a restaurant serving good coffee as well as breakfast and lunch. Within a few minutes’ walk you can find a 7-Eleven, McDonald’s, and numerous local bars and restaurants. The landlord is very responsive and helpful. The cleanliness of the apartment is exemplary. The room is cleaned every day, and the towels are changed daily. No power adapters are needed, as the electrical outlets support European plugs and also include convenient USB charging ports. The landlord’s office is located on the 5th floor. If you go there, you will either find him there or a contact number available at the office.

Location was excellent. Markets were nearby. Place was cozy but clean.

“Perfect to save money”

It depends of what you are looking for. If you want a clean, simple and efficient room, it’s a place for you. There is no breakfast but you can take some in the big hotels across the street. If you are used to something pricey and a bit fancy, it won’t fit.

This is the second time I stayed in this property. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. Location is excellent - right in the heart of the city, considering the location its great value for money. The room and the bathroom were compact (this is Hong Kong where space is most expensive), but everthing is super clean. There are plenty of hooks and hangers in the room to hang clothes and some other storage spaces are there in the room that kind of neutalise the compact size of the room. A kettle is provided in the room which is helpful. Water is hot and the pressure in the shower is really good. My room had a big window which allowed lot of natural light to come in. The rooms are done up everyday and fresh towels are provided. There is a small fridge and a micro in the common area. In spite of the compact size of the room I had a very comfortable stay. The property is located in an old building and the lifts may seem a bit scary at first but its quite safe, I did not face any security issues at all during my stay, except a little wait at the lifts sometimes.

Location was amazing on Nathan road. Only a short walk to Jordan train station. Room was exceptionally clean. Towels, floor and bin was cleaned/changed every day. Staff were exceptional and very friendly. We were also able to store suitcases under bed which allowed us some extra room.

The building it was located in had a really rustic, rat infested building site feel, truly an authentic taste of China, if it was the 1950's and you were a political dissident.

The building itself looks a bit old, and the lift is somewhat rickety, so I was initially a little apprehensive—especially after reading some mixed reviews. But once I got to my room, I instantly cheered up, it was clean, well-kept, and comfortable. The room is compact, as is the bathroom, but both were spotless. My room had a large window that let in plenty of natural light, which made the space feel much nicer. Despite the small size, the room was thoughtfully arranged: there were lots of hooks and hangers, a small bedside table, and a bit of shelf space near the kettle, for keeping things. A hot-water kettle and glasses were also provided. The bathroom had a rack to keep toiletries, although the amenities were limited to basic body soap and shampoo. Luggage can be stored under the bed. The person at the reception is very kind and pleasant. One of the biggest advantages is the location—right in the heart of the city, extremely central, and very convenient for getting around Hong Kong. Considering the area, the price is very reasonable. I would stay here again and if you’re looking to save money on accommodation in Hong Kong and you’re okay with simple, no-frills rooms, this place is a solid choice. Just note that the space might feel a bit cramped for two people, but for a solo traveler it works well.
