The room is advertised as 39 m², but it is unlikely to be even 30 m². In the bathroom, the shower head was broken and the water did not drain properly. There was also not a single hook in the bathroom to hang a wet towel. There are no convenient power outlets by the bed to charge a phone overnight. To do so, you have to reach behind the bed and unplug either the phone, the lamp, or the alarm clock. After one night, we decided to move to another hotel without staying for the remaining four nights, even though the entire stay had already been paid for and nothing would be refunded.

Overall a very nice hotel with a great location close to bars, restaurants and the subway. We had a great stay and got a room on the top floor in a corner overseeing both the bay and the high-rise buildings in the area.

We were upgraded to the larger room, and loved having a lounge area as well as the bed. Lots of lighting options, to have soft of brighter lighting. Nice shower with two shower heads.

The staff were professional and very accommodating. I was especially impressed and grateful that they allowed me an early check-in. Location is still one of the best spots in Hong Kong. Very convenient for getting around and surrounded by great local character. For Hong Kong standards, the room size is still fantastic. It feels much less cramped than other hotels in the city. Generally, the overall facilities of the hotel are still well-maintained and useful.

Bonham is always great! The team is so friendly and accommodating. The room is a perfect size and the views so so interesting. Sheung Wan is one of my favourite areas of Hong Kong.....centrally located to everything, and perfect for walking to restaurants, galleries, Central shopping area, and those temples in the area. Love Cat Street!

Wonderful customer service and excellent room.

99 Bonham was in a great location, close to restaurants, cafes and the subway/metro. Staff were also very helpful, including booking a taxi for me after check out. Room was a decent size and included everything you would need (eg. fridge, iron etc) and had decent views (also great views from the rooftop). Would definitely stay there again.

Hotel is in very good location, it is close to MTR, Tram and bus station. Can take A11 or E11 bus from airport and stop at macao ferry terminal. From there, it is pretty much walkable to the hotel. Room is big consider HK standard. There are a few cha chan teng nearby and the hotel is close to Central, meaning you are close to many tourist attractions (star ferry, HK ferris wheel, the peak). You are very well covered if staying here, it is 10/10.

The location is excellent, with just a 3-minute walk to the nearest train station, making it very convenient to get around. A big plus is the free washing machine and dryer available in the building.
