Charming old French house that is stylishly and authentically decorated, as well as being furnished with beautiful antique furniture. The location was fantastic, so peaceful and just a short 10-minute walk through pretty cobbled streets to the town centre. Every morning our host Jean-Christophe (who spoke excellent English) prepared a wonderful breakfast of fresh fruit, fresh bread, cheeses and fresh coffee which we ate in the beautiful dining room. Honfleur is a wonderful town with so much to see and do. The history, culture, food, wonderful walks, and pretty parks make it a real gem.

Our stay in La Linier was perfect - everything I expected to experience in this little Normandy town of Honfluer. The house is big and beautifully decorated with paintings, other works of art and antiques. Every detail speaks of history and provides uniqueness and authentic vibes. The room was spacious and cozy with a picturesque view. The host Jean-Christophe was very kind and always helpful. The breakfast in the old dining room was excellent, as a selection and as a feeling. The property is situated on a quiet hill, at the end of Honfluer, no more than 10 minutes walk from harbour. Thank you, Jean-Christophe for your hospitality and kindness! The house is absolutely gorgeous, while the location is very close to the centre of the village it was still peaceful and quiet. Very attentive and friendly hosts, wonderful breakfasts and overall lovely atmosphere in this property.

It’s a very beautiful house with ornate furnishings. The owner went out of his way to make sure I had everything I wanted. The breakfasts were amazing with all his guests sat round one big table giving you the chance chat to each other. He even allowed me to park my motorbike in his garage. Superb host nothing to complain about and I would definitely recommend the hotel. Oh and it was very quiet too, the only thing you can hear are the birds.

La Liniere is a french chateau style themed B & B, Christophe the owner takes delight in antiques as shows in the house. Christophe is a fabulous and friendly host and provided us every day with a good breakfast of breads, cheeses, fruits, jams, coffee or teas, eggs were available if required. Our room was replenished with water bottles every day and toiletries. Parking at the property was excellent. No complaints regarding comfort and friendliness.

Large, comfortable room, excellent bed, good-sized shower room. Lovely house with a lot of character/charm, wonderful rooms (e.g. for breakfast). Host was very welcoming and ensured our stay was enjoyable. Conversing in English was not a problem!

Beautiful old property, very well maintained, secure. On outskirts, but pleasant short walk into town centre. Staff excellent, welcoming. Spoke English which was helpful to us! Wonderful breakfast, with shared dining table which allowed opportunity to talk to other visitors.

Very unusual, very French and it felt like a real treat. Such a different atmosphere from staying at run of the mill, carbon copy hotels.
