Overview
The Hôtel Du Dauphin extends over 3 wooden houses from the 17th century without lift, typical of Honfleur. On your arrival, the reception is located at Maison du Dauphin. In this house are our 6 superior rooms with views of Place Berthelot, 6 standard rooms, 2 classic rooms, 1 triple room with mezzanine and 1 duplex triple room, on the ground floor of this house is our tea room and breakfast room. 30 meters from the Maison du Dauphin, the Maison Des Loges. In this house, fitness room, sauna, La Plage (our foot massage room in the sand), our 10 superior rooms, 1 triple room, 3 standard rooms including 1 on the ground floor and the Town House. Our 3 apartments, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and toilets, and our 3 1-bedroom apartments are nestled in the Maison Sainte Catherine, with a full view of the church. Baggage drop-off possible at reception, free public parking 400 meters from the hotel.

“Beautiful collumbaged building, charming location, quiet even though central. Would return once work”
It was calm and comfortable. The bed was super comfortable. And the bathroom stylish and easy to use. I have some mobility issues and was allocated a disabled room and the shower was very easy to use...though could perhaps benefit from extra hand holds. The staff were warm and helpful. I had trouble with locking my door and they arrived immediately to help and didn't make me feel stupid. And breakfast was excellent... included a hot offering and good value.

“Fur coat and no knickers”
The only positives about this hotel are its location and history. For my stay, the access to the harbour side was sealed off and I was farmed out to a satellite building.

“Great hotel; beware of construction”
The hotel is situated beautifully in the heart of Honfleur. Beds are very comfortable. Breakfast buffet has a good selection. Being a tea drinker in a world that caters to coffee drinkers, I really appreciated the kettle and tea bags in the room! Be mindful of the narrow staircase. If you have large, heavy luggage or mobility concerns, be aware. We knew and didn't mind it at all. Found it very charming in a very old historic building.

“Honfleur is a great place to spend time, with old buildings and quiet narrow streets. Lots to see.”
Staff were helpful and friendly, room was very good and location perfect. Breakfast really quite good, with sausage, egg and beans as well as the usual French offerings.
