“Wonderful apartment in the centre of Honfleur”
The location of the apartment is fantastic, overlooking the old basin. Right in the heart of the town with all the fine restaurants (135 of them our host informed me!), shops, museums and galleries on your doorstep. Being on the 2nd floor, you have a lovely elevated view and it's quite peaceful. The two bedrooms face the quieter pedestrianised side street, so no trouble with noise. The living/dining room is spacious and the kitchen well appointed with coffee machine, dishwasher, etc. The small shower room has a washing machine too. Our host, Anne, is very nice and could not have been more helpful. It was pleasure spending 4 nights here and would highly recommend it as a great base to explore the town and further afield.

“Perfect location”
The location was perfect. The views from the double aspect windows were amazing. Anne was very friendly and helpful. We were on motorbikes and you can park them all around the town almost anywhere, there are groups of parked bikes around.

“Lovely apartment with great views!”
What a perfect position with views over the historic harbour, and situated on the somewhat quieter side with fewer restaurants. And indeed we started with rather quiet days but as expected the very popular town got increasingly crowded during a public holiday followed by a week-end. But still the nights were really quiet as the bedrooms face a small side street. We slept well and the beds are fine, especially if you prefer slightly harder mattresses to soft ones. The apartment is beautifully and elegantly decorated, with a huge dining table, a big sofa and a very well equipped kitchen. Lots of plates, cutlery etc. to fill the small dishwasher. And more than enough space to put our things, even in the bathroom. There is no parking close to the apartment, but we found a space to unload our stuff and were then directed to a huge car park for only 5 Euros a day.
