The apartment is in a nice location, but it’s one of those places that looks much bigger and nicer in the photos than it does in real life. The walls are paper-thin—we were regularly disturbed by noise from the neighbors upstairs and across the hall. The shower is extremely small (and I’m only 162 cm, so that says a lot). Hospitality was limited. Check-in felt rushed, and the person handling it didn’t complete the process properly, which has led to ongoing issues with being asked repeatedly for passport photos. Basic amenities were also lacking: no coffee or tea provided, and only one dishwasher tablet. The gym is tiny and essentially unusable for anyone who likes to work out in the morning, as it's only open from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

“Great spot in Hondarribia”
We've stayed here a couple of times and we'll almost certainly be going back. The appartment has everything you want (including a kettle and a nice coffee machine). Hondarribia also has a lot of nice places to eat and drink. This time we got to check how well the owner sorted out a problem (the neighbour left their dog at home alone and it was barking non-stop) - one WhatsApp message to the owner and it was fixed in 30 minutes.
