Location in charming old town of Hondarribia, bars, restaurants, beach in proximity. Spacious, clean apartment. Owner very attentive too and left us some goodies on arrival.

The location was great. In old town Hondarribia. It was nice and quiet. Maider was an excellent host. Very good communication and very helpful with my requests 😁 She also left some basic provisions which came in very handy. The apartment had a wonderful feeling. Spacious but cosy and very comfortable. The building was old and therefore had a lot of character. The apartment has been renovated in a modern way, sympathetic to the style of the building.

Beautiful simple decor. Spotlessly clean. Kitchen had EVERYTHING. Thoughtful extras provided by host. Excellent clear and quick communication - host readily available. Historic property beautifully renovated to an exceptional standard and cleverly combines old world character with modern comforts. Even public area of building spotlessly clean.

The property was very clean… and even though we only stayed one night we were well provided for. Would definitely recommend this accommodation either for couples or a family.

The apartment was in a perfect location for us, in the centre of the old town and easy to get to local restaurants, the beach and shops. We also hired bicycles in Hendaye and used them all the time. Otherwise, public transport was accessible and we were able to explore the beautiful local area. The owner, Maider, was so welcoming, kind and helpful and has fitted out the apartment with everything we needed. So much to do in and around Hondarribia including wonderful food/wine, surfing, walking, cycling, nature parks, vineyards, music and the fun city vibes of Donostia only a short bus ride away. The best holiday!

“Great place to stay in beautiful old town”

The property was in a great location in the centre of the beautiful old town. It was spacious enough for 4 of us and had 2 bathrooms (very useful with 2 teenagers!). It was spotlessly clean and the owner had left some provisions for our arrival. She was extremely helpful whenever we had any questions and gave us lots of tips on good places to eat in the town (both the old town and the marina). There are lots of nice bars and restaurants nearby and the old town has a lovely vibe. I would definitely recommend this property for a stay in Hondarribia.

A beautiful, comfortable apartment next to the historic city center. Very caring owner. Definitely for people who lead a quiet lifestyle. Neighbors are very sensitive.

The building itself is amazing, several centuries old. Excellent location within the old town. Maider is an wonderful host. She did everything possible to make our stay comfortable.
