Clean modern room, free parking, good base for Everglades National Park

Deposit was not released until after I sent three emails and, in my last email, threatened a credit card chargeback. The entire experience was good up until that point - it's just sad to kill a guest's experience in that way. And no, this was not due to my bank; I stayed at multiple other Marriott hotels during the same trip and used the same card and was always refunded the deposit within a reasonable timeframe.

We had a nice stay, the hotel was a great place to drive out into the Everglades from which is why we picked it.

Decent hotel, conveniently located close to the entrance to Everglades National Park. An ideal base for exploring the park.

Great location for visiting Everglades and Key West. Nice pool to enjoy. Several parking bays although looks like the hotel mgt allowed trailers to park across occupying a few parking spaces. Clean rooms, nicely appointed lobby.

Great modern hotel. Clean and comfortable hotel. Only downside was the soulless lobby with a particularly grumpy (large) barman.

Good location, spacious room for the family of 4, free parking and was quiet. Walking distance to Outback and Starbucks opposite.

Rooms are spiacious enough, and clean. Good location to explore the everglades or keys.

“Standard corporate offering”

It’s a standard stopover hotel for business people or tourists passing through (like us). Nothing exceptional or memorable either way - just the sort of offering you’d expect from a chain hotel in this price range. The bed was particularly comfortable and we both slept well.

“Easy access to Everglades and Biscayne NPs; newer area of Homestead”

Location was great for easy access to Everglades and Biscayne National Parks. Lobby offered a variety of seating options, making it appealing to hang out outside of the room; gym was sufficient; GREAT cuban restaurant right across the street. Bar/coffee avail in lobby.
