Surrounded by meadows and mountains, family-run Landhaus Marion offers rooms and apartments with a south-facing balcony. The centre of Holzgau is a 2-minute walk away, and a small ski slope for beginners is 400 metres from the guest house. Amenities like satellite TV, a safety deposit box and a kitchen or a kitchenette are provided in each unit. All rooms and apartments have a bathroom with a shower or a bathtub. WiFi is available against a surcharge. A garden with a sunbathing terrace is a further feature of Landhaus Marion. Children can romp around on the playground or spend their time in a games room featuring a TV and game consoles. A ski storage room is available, and ski passes can be bought on site. “Perfect!”
The house was very clean. We had an apartment designed in traditional Alpine style, with a modern bathroom and a balcony. The host was super friendly, and our dog was also welcome. The bread service was fantastic – every day we had fresh, tasty bread hung on our door after ordering it the day before. We could store our bikes and bike trailer in the garage, a dry and safe place. The location is perfect for hiking and cycling. We also received the Lechtal Card, which allowed us to use several cable cars for free – a great saving, as one return ticket costs around €20. We loved our stay and would definitely book again!

“Wonderful stay at Landhaus Marion”
We had this wonderful stay at Landhaus Marion! The appartment is very comfortable, cozy and very clean. Everything is there and the view was spectacular with all the snow. At Christmas eve we got all this Christmas cookies from Marion, this was so special. We did a lot of skiing at Warth. We love to come back!

Very kind and welcoming hosts, beautiful area, close to the slopes, ski bus 2 minutes from the house, clean and spacious apartments with anything you might need, plentiful and delicious breakfast with eggs cooked any way you prefer, gorgeous views from the balconies, comfortable beds. We absolutely loved our stay and will be definitely coming back. Thank you so much!

“Highly recommend this place!”
The host was so sweet and available, she really made us feel super welcome and taken care of. Stunning views, huge rooms, super authentic but everything also felt renovated and very clean. Also the breakfast with the scrambled eggs she made for us and in the cute authentic breakfast room was wonderful. Thank you Marion!
