“Beautiful hotel in fabulous location but not worth the price due to poor rooms and unhelpful staff”
Beautiful property directly on a stunning beach. Beautiful location. Lovely warm swimming pool with really comfortable loungers. Beach loungers were not comfortable. What we weren't told is there is extensive building work going on so in the Monday it was very noisy with a lot of mess and builders working

“Amazing stay, would love to come again”
Excellent stay on the beachfront of Anna Maria, resort itself was outstanding, Pool and games area really lovely and could’ve stayed a lot longer. Room was everything you needed, ours wasn’t the iconic view we wanted had to pay premium for the seafront view.

Friendly and helpful staff, wonderful view from the room, very good drinks service. We loved our stay, the room was clean and smelled nice. The view was amazing. The hotel is undergoing renovations as is the entire area due to the hurricane, but we still had a great stay and will definitely be back!

“Beautiful hotel beachfront. If you can rent a golf cart to know better Anna Maria and got a lunch or dinner around there”
The location beachfront is perfect!!! The renovated rooms are wonderful and the beachfront rooms are good, with a kitchen, living room, the decor is beautiful too, but they could be better if the same renovation was done in that area. The pool is warm and the environment is very pleasant.

number of beach umbrellas/chairs is much lower than the number of guests (due to beach rule as mentioned by hotel attendant). Nonetheless there is no control from the hotel over the use of the umbrellas. Some guests leave their belongings early at the morning to reserve their umbrellas and leave it there al day long even when they are not using it. Whoever arrives after cannot enjoy the beach unless they sit at the sand under the sun while empty chairs with towels are reserving the spots for those that arrived before just to guarantee theirs. No matter how much you wait, if you didn't put your towel over a chair to reserve your spot before someone else did it, you wont get yours till they remove the chairs at 7pm. If the hotel had the minimum control of that use that wouldn't happen.

fantastic location right on the beach. Master bedroom bed was extremely comfortable with lovely 4 poster bed. saw dolphins from our apartment window.
