Overview
Built in 1940, this Spanish mansion on Hollywood Beach features a 6,000-square-foot beach lounge with beach-side cabanas, a hot tub, sauna, and sundeck. Hollywood Boardwalk restaurants and boutiques are 1 minutes’ walk from the hotel. A 55-inch flat-screen smart TV with a DVD player and Netflix, fully-equipped kitchen, and iPod docking station are found in all studios and apartments at Villa Sinclair Beach Suites and Spa. A balcony or patio and sofa bed are also included. Guests of Villa Sinclair can relax in the hot tub or large beachside hammocks. A library, 60-inch outdoor TVs with Netflix, and 4 barbecue facilities are provided. Outdoor film nights with popcorn are offered as well. Jet ski, parasailing, and scooter hires are available on the beach. Red Buddha Bar & Hookah Lounge is available onsite. iPad hires, free WiFi, and Netflix are available onsite. Guests can also enjoy a coffee, espresso, tea, or other beverages. A guest champagne reception is featured every Friday. The Hollywood Beach Theater and 15 restaurants and bars are 5 minutes' walk from the resort. Guest will be within 1 mile of Hollywood Marina and Hollywood Golf.

“Wonderful”
I loved everything about that place! Location is great, the suite number 5 was perfect for my husband and I!! The bar and resto down stairs was closed , they are having renovation but it was actually good for us because we Really wanted a relaxing weekend. Appartment is full equip , Netflix for movies lovers at night, beach chair and umbrella for beach lovers like us! Real privacy right into the best part of boardwalk! Thanks to the owners! Its was also very easy to check in!! 😍

The location of the hotel is perfect. It is very close to the wonderful beach. The hotel has charming atmosphere. Rooms in the apartment, thanks to tiny details, have nice french ambiance. Nice kitchen with modern fridge and stove. Stuff is very responsive and helpful. Hotel is close to the bus stops. It was quiet in the night. The hotel has 2 bikes, a few beach chairs, umbrela, boards for surfing ...

“Wonderful stay! We will repeat!”
It is a small apartment very cozy, very clean and a couple of minutes walking to the beach! We really loved it and we will come back. They were very responsive and helpful. You have to do the check in yourself. Parking is $20 very affordable. It is called Villa Sinclair on the GPS in case you can't find it.

In all the rooms, there contains a very awful smell. Also, after when I was checking-out the hotel, the amount of money that was taken from me for deposit was purposely not fully gaven back because the employees decided to lie that I spend my money on beverages and snacks that were given in my room just so they can steal my money. Even the room cleaning was cost with money which was not even supposed to be counted as well to the whole experience's price.

This Atmosphäre at this location is outstanding. The owners friendly nice feels like at home. From the first Moment. We was in many upperclass Hotels, and not one Hotel have this WELCOME/FEELING/ATMOSPHÄRE like this Hotel

“Super stay!”
I was feeling like at home (I rent app. #1=1- bedroom). Clean and fully equipped. As for me, I particularly enjoyed one of the 6 beach cruiser bikes everyday! (Pay) parking in the driveway. Bar onsite at night if you like. Hughes, the owner and host, is very helpful.

“Perfect place to enjoy the Hollywood Beach.”
I really enjoyed my stay at that place, so did my friend. The host is super friendly and helpful. The location is like 50-100 meters to the beach so it was just perfect. If I ever travel to Hollywood FL again, I will for sure pick this place to stay again.

Very warm welcome by the owner, making us feel at home away from home, also with welcoming drinks at arrival. Loads of things included, fully equipped apartment. As my teenage kids put it, the owner is clearly living the dream. Well, why wouldn't guests want to sit in a jacuzzi whilst sipping drinks from the bar? Here, it's made possible! All perfect to relax, and at 100 yards from the beach. Well worth it!

“With its outstanding location, Villa Sinclair has amazing potential but needs a major face-lift.”
Outstanding location a few steps from the beach & "Broadwalk", hosts Hughes & his wife were friendly & helpful...even took care of arranging an Uber to the airport for our early AM return flight. Two mini-splits & 2 large TV's all worked well, bed was comfortable, shower was powerful & free stuff like sunscreen, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, Clorox wipes, hand sanitizer etc. were much appreciated. The keyless entry was convenient as we never had to think about losing a key. We were able to do our own laundry for free...no need to keep a load of quarters on hand as is often the case. The free welcome drink was a nice touch too!
