“Disappointed”
Hello, I stayed at this property and reported the issues during my stay, but unfortunately they were not resolved. There was a serious problem with the bathroom — both the shower and sink were clogged and not functioning properly. Despite informing the hotel staff, no effective action was taken. In addition, the overall quality of the stay did not meet basic standards, which significantly impacted my experience. Since I raised these issues in real time and they were not addressed, I believe this is unacceptable. I am requesting a partial or full refund for this stay. Thank you.

I dont understand how I received 2 extra charge of $197 2 time once one the 9th and another on the 11th $394 US ALSO WHEN BOOKING IT WAS IN CANADA MONEY AFTER IT WAS COMPLETED IT SHOWED IN US MONEY WITCH CHANG THE PRICE OVER A $100 I WOULD HAVE NEVER IN LIFE WOULD HAVE BOOKED IN I NEW THAT WAS GOING TO HAPPY ALSO NO SHUTTLE SERVICE I ENDED UP HAVING TO SPEND ADDITIONAL $100 in transportation

The property is new and not like the older, classic Florida hotels that have humidity issues, which really surprised me. I truly believe you get more than your money’s worth here, and if I come back to this area, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.
