“Great location and very comfortable/clean rooms”
Susan, the office staff was very friendly and helpful. We checked-in about an hour early and 1 of the 2 rooms was ready immediately while the other one was available a short time after. The hotel complex and rooms are a bit old but very clean and steps to Hollybeach broadwalk. You have to use a regular key instead of a key card to access the room, which was fine. We only stayed 1 night, so it was perfect and would consider staying there again.

close to beach, had parking, able to check in when i got there about 3pm. had beach towels and chairs. a personal touch.. not an office full of vacationers all trying to check in at 4pm.

“With a few improvements I’d go back. Otherwise I’d give it a miss.”
It has a king sized bed with good quality sheets. It has on site parking for $10/day The staff are all super friendly. They are the best thing about this property. The location is perfect. The beach is 1 minute away. Restaurants are a short walk.

“The perfect value option for enjoying the beach of Miami.”
Perfect place to enjoy the Holiday Beach area beach. it's outside the most "touristy" Miami locations. We rented a car, a must have in Miami, to go places from there.
