“Lovely staff and decor. One of the better options in the area, but definitely not worth the money”
Lovely staff, door man very helpful and sweet. Luggage storage was great while I waited for my room. Lovely decor in the room and reception. Nice toiletries. Close to cruise port and easy to get a taxi. Great stores in walking distance.

“The Circ hotel sonder”
The staff were caring & attentive to requests. The sonder is highly organized & runs on very minimal staff & yet they are caring. I found the model very interesting

“Terrible customer service”
Arrived overnight and there were no towels in the room. I had to message for 2 hours before getting them.

The only negative I can say is there was a lack of kitchenware. Paper cups, plates and plastic knives and forks were not in keeping with the general excellent facilities at the property.

“Modern and well-staffed Florida Property”
Loved the bedding...so comfy with plenty of pillows! Shower was beautiful with plenty of hot water and the room was spotless. Staff was very professional...especially Sara. Pool area very relaxing with very nice view. Workout room and lobby lovely. Absolutely loved the coffeeshop...very helpful staff.
