They do not have workers in the Font desk 24h. So, I did not make check out, jus leave the keys in the room. Parking lot not safety and they leave us informed that they do not have any responsability under our belongs and cars

“Worst customer service ever”
This has been the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel (and I have been in some very bad rated places)... 2 sleepless nights because the hotel advertises A/C and provides a room with not even a fan, in the middle of the summer heat... it is criminal to be under this weather and having a room that is warmer than the outside... not being able to breath inside, and being pushed to come to the lobby and stay here just to feel a little refreshed... and the reception team acknowledging that the room has this issue but, since they are fully booked, not being able to do anything (no fan, no promising getting someone check it, no nothing). At least showing concern should be a priority. Other issues: floors full of dirt, no soap available, advertised as no smoke but allowing it anyway.
