“Great location and excellent value for money”
The location is excellent — only about a 5-minute walk to the beach and to an amazing Italian restaurant, Florio's of Little Italy. Special thanks to Eve at the front desk. I arrived around 9 AM, well before check-in time, and she kindly allowed me to leave my luggage and change into beach clothes to start my day before the check in. And then she called me later when my room was ready, which I really appreciated. I also loved the keyless entry system. Instead of carrying a key or key card, you simply use a code to access your room, which is very convenient and removes the worry of losing or forgetting anything. The room was simple but comfortable and clean, and overall the hotel offers excellent value for money. To be honest, I expected the property to be a bit more worn down than it actually was, so I was pleasantly surprised.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Its great value for money, the manager was so lovely to us and recommended things to do and places to eat. It was clean and comfortable. Just bare in mind that you do have to pay $20 for parking. We didn't mind this at all as parking is very limited on the Hollywood area

“The property score is deceiving! Stay away.”
The only positive thing about this property is its location next to the beach. I am giving it a 1 only because I can't give Zero, and I want to acknowledge Phil's (the receptionist on the first 2 days) best efforts to minimize the negative issues by not charging me for the parking.
