“Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the staff member.”
The hotel cancelled our booking as we were on the plane coming to USA, they lied that it was a burst pipe. It was overbooking as we found out later This resulted in enormous stress for my family and booking another hotel at huge price much further away from the airport

The breakfast was ok would like some eggs and sausage with the bagel s next time location was always perfect for me my first trip to florida we stayed at that location I believe every Bahamian stayed at comfort in and suites

We requested 2 rooms next to each other, which we got. One room was fine but the other room was very dark and damp - our towels and swim stuff didn't dry at all and the bedding also felt damp. We asked to move to a different room the next day and were given a new room immediately. The breakfast was OK, a bit basic but fine. The pool area was good and the location was also good.

The property was in a good location. The staff were too young to handle the boisterous children who played chase games from the pool through the foyer and breakfast room and back out to the pool constantly. The lobby was completely wet, and the toilet paper in the pool toilet was lying on the floor soaking wet.
