The location. A very compact quirky apartment literally steps from the beach. Everything we needed was provided including beach chairs. There is a washing machine and drier at the back of the property . In the event of needing anything, the staff are there quickly to help.

Thank you so much. The location was exactly what we needed, very convenient, the beach is very close and within walking distance. There's a promenade boulevard nearby. It's a nice, quiet area. Parking is available near the building. It was clean.

Location was fantastic, abit disappointed that noise enforcement wasn't really put in after a couple of nights disturbance from the people in the apartment above.

A cozy room with a functional and well-equipped kitchenette and a walk-in closet. Very clean. The air conditioning works well. A small but very nice garden area where we loved spending the evenings. And it's very close to the beach. We (3 adults and 1 child) spent 5 days there. I highly recommend it.

“Great potential ruined by cockroaches and host silence”
The apartment itself is genuinely nice – it's spacious, seemed well-equipped generally, and represents good value for money. The absolute best feature is its exceptional location, next to Hollywood Beach and is also convenient for exploring Miami - 30 to 60 minute commute.

“Great Value for the money”
Hi We did enjoy our stay. I have NOTHING negative to say, we got the right Value for the money spent. We are well travelled thus are able to Compare accomodations. Everything met our expectations, from bed comfort, quiet unit at night and all day, patio accessibility, many sitting areas for all 4 units, shower towels TV choice of channels kitchen equipment and Friendly Housekeeping. What WE enjoyed even more are the Beach CHAIRS and equipment since we FLEW to Florida. will recommand you and Pick you should we come back to Hollywood witch is quite probable. Dominique from Canada

In general it was fine. But we spent 1 hour after check out and we were treated really bad! The person who does the cleaning takes us out Regañados as small children had no respect, you can talk like adults as these things happen, we had An unforeseen With the car so we were late but we already had our bags packed. It's as simple as Charge an extra cost or you can talk, or even call your guest to see what's going on. Indelicate, disrespectful and haughty!!!

“Great stay near the beach!”
Steps away from the boardwalk and the beach! Beach chairs and towels provided. Super easy access to everything you could need during your stay. Quiet and peaceful. Host was available for via texts. Great stay overall!
