“Great location by the beach!”

Excellent location, by the broadwalk facing a quiet spot of the beach. Very close to the more lively part of the beach with restaurants and stores. The only thing I disliked was the decoration with its various mixes of colors and patterns, but besides that, the room was comfortable and clean. The staff was courteous and the swimming pool was clean..

Excellent location, right by the beach. Good parking just across from the hotel. Staff were friendly. For a solo traveler, a studio room is more than adequate. Also a good sized pool deck.

“Tainted due to staff not caring”

Staff not helpful. Our beach chairs were stolen from the pool area, security was reading a book, they did nothing to help us get them back, never got a return call from Eva the Manager. Didn't even have an incident report, 3 cameras were not working. Left something in the room, said wasn't there, had to wait a day and a half to find that out. Seemed like no one cared. Need to establish policies and procedures.

“Nasty smell, whispering, cold spots, headaches, creepy and weird noises a big no 👎 don’t stay here”

I didn’t like one thing about this place. This place has a horrible pesticide smell, and also the place is creepy. There seems to be very bad spiritual energy within this hotel and noises can be heard within the walls as if something is crawling or moving within the walls, you can hear scratching on the door and you will get many headaches if you stay in this place. If you stay on the 9 floor you will indeed hear weird noises and also I would not recommend staying here, this place is just spiritually bad and whether you believe it or not then I can reassure you go ahead check in and do your own investigation. If you like creepy pasta and creepy things then this is for you, at times you will feel cold spots and a wind like air passing through your body, and sometimes it will get cold for no reason, also for your paranormal craziness out here I would recommend checking in and staying on the 9 floor and investigate thereof, this hotel is also connected somehow to the hotel where Alcapone used to stay and indeed I know for a fact that there has been some kind of rituals and murders executed here.

The location of this hotel it was amazing close to all the great restaurants the pool was a perfect temperature, the view from the room was amazing.

Turns out this is a timeshare type of property. The residence are extremely friendly. The staff was incredible. The location was perfect, easy to get to easy to park . Convenient to walk everywhere.
