The hotel’s location, cleanliness, and parking fully met our expectations. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, the property offers a large, convenient parking area and easy access to the highway, making it simple to explore other parts of the city. The pool was clean and pleasantly warm, providing a comfortable spot to relax. The surrounding outdoor area is welcoming, with tables and seating that make it easy to meet with family and friends in a pleasant atmosphere. Housekeeping and public areas were kept in excellent condition, which contributed to an overall sense of care and professionalism throughout the property. This level of upkeep made our stay comfortable and stress-free. I was particularly impressed by the service at check-out. A female supervisor went above and beyond to prepare and provide the correct invoice; this was greatly appreciated as I have encountered difficulties obtaining proper documentation at other hotels. Overall, the hotel offers a well-located, tidy, and customer-focused stay, with helpful staff and amenities that suit both leisure and practical needs.

Breakfast room was fine. The air conditioning in the room was noisy, otherwise all was great. Great staff, welcoming and friendly.

Breakfast was basic, eggs, cereal, toast fruit juice. Good sized room with a comfortable king sized bed. Good location for Gulfstream Park racecourse.

Complimentary breakfast, parking and coffee. The staff and particularly the receptionist Frank and also Maria who works at lost and found. I did forget my Leather Jacket and even 7 days later, they had it kept away for me.

“I want my security deposit back.”

The employee made a mistake with my card while processing the security deposit and charged me twice. He told me he couldn't fix it until my checkout. However, despite repeatedly requesting a solution throughout my stay, they never resolved the issue. When I checked out, they only reimbursed one of the charges, and the hotel still owes me $200.

Staff were helpful when we checked in early and stored our luggage. The beds were comfortable and rooms a good size and clean.

Rooms are big and clean, they have complimentary parking and basic included breakfask
