“I stayed last year and the place is suffering from neglect since then”
The air did not work very well was hot in the room, fridge never worked and our food went bad. There was a group that took over the entire pool area, played loud music and propped the secured gates open all day and night to allow all to come in and use the pool

“A little gem ...”
The proximity to the beach is brilliant... literally steps away from the wonderful Hollywood beach broadwalk. it's almost front line. We had a room overlooking the pool (Room 208) with a large communal terrace just outside. The room, while small, was well appointed and very comfortable. The staff were excellent (especially the guys in the Tiki Bar) ... thanks guys. I have no idea why it was so inexpensive, but I'm not complaining. We really enjoyed our stay and will look for it next time we visit Hollywood beach.
