“Ordered a drink and they only had enough to make half of the drink I ordered then I ordered another”
Not impressed with Gold Coast. While the meal was okay the drink selection was terrible. I will not stay here again one out of five

“Traveling with a baby and had to stay at another hotel our first night due to overbooking.”
We were walked to another hotel for our first night due to overbooking and then had to pay a higher rate to stay our second night—even though we were told we would stay for free. We were also traveling with a 4 month old baby and didn’t find out we were walked until we arrived at 9pm. I was hoping to get my baby right to bed when we arrived, instead he couldn’t go to bed until 10pm because we find and get to another hotel. Also, the daytime shift manager was rude.

It is very old property. Two out of three times I visited the front desk, no one was there and I had to wait several minutes each time for someone to arrive.

“very disappointing”
Poor breakfast, no buffet, room was not made up next day after our first night’s stay, hotel needs a refresh.
