“A truly exceptional stay - the best place in Holbox!”
An amazing property in an amazing location right on the beautiful beach of Isla Holbox. The hotel feels like a home from home with such lovely great facilities and interior design. Our room was spacious and comfortable and the hotel provided a great cot covered by a mosquito net for the baby. The pool area is lovely and the beach club is incredible, as is the beach bar and restaurant. There is also a restaurant at the hotel that serves delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you prefer to eat out of the hotel then you are in a great location. All the staff were amazing, particularly Max and Carlos, and they were so helpful and friendly with our baby. Anything you want they go out of their way to arrange.We also met the owner of the property, Sandra, who was amazingly friendly and asked how we were every day. There is also fee daily yoga sessions every morning which were great and we enjoyed massages at the hotel also. Ir is one of the pricier stays on the island but most definitely worth it. If we return to Holbox then we will certainly be returning to Ser Casasandra.

Everything. The staff, particularly Martin, were wonderful. A beautiful aesthetic throughout, fabulous restaurant for delicious breakfast and supoer and beach bar for lunch. We loved Holbox and this is the jewel in its crown. We will return!

“Incredible and Magical”
Everything was absolutely amazing. The hotel was beautiful and in an incredible location. We had such an incredible week and wish we were back there right now. Everyone was so lovely and helpful to accommodate us with our 1 year old daughter. We had the pool to ourselves everyday it was magical.

Great location. The beach is very good (no sargassum)! Very good food at main restaurant and at the beach. Cool hotel design. Very comfortable rooms. Free yoga classes daily. Staff are passionate and really go out of their way to help make a positive memorable experience. I travelled with my family (kids and grand parents) and everybody loved it. We look forward to going back soon!

The service was just absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, to the moment we left - everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming and anticipating of our needs. We really enjoyed every minute of our stay. The location is paradise as well.
